On March 4, 2025, in Tirana, the third meeting of the Political Directors of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) took place as part of Tirana Chairmanship-in-Office for the period 2024 – 2025.
SEECP is the most important political forum in South Eastern Europe, with participants of strategic significance for Tirana. During the third meeting of the Political Directors, the achievements of Tirana SEECP C-i-O were presented, along with the planned activities for 2025. Additionally, several details were shared regarding the Ministerial of Foreign Ministers and the Summit of Heads of State of the SEECP, which will be held on June 16, 2025, in Tirana.
The meeting addressed the European Integration of the Western Balkans, and the representative of the Regional Cooperation Council provided updates on the implementation of the South Eastern Europe Strategy for 2030.
In conclusion, all SEECP participants expressed their appreciation for Tirana Chairmanship-in-Office and emphasized their commitment to strengthening cooperation within the SEECP platform to further advance regional and European integration processes.
